Overseas Planning Engineer (Automotive Welding)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assisting marketing person in communication with clients, collecting technical demands from clients;

2. Layout making, cycle time analysis and, equipment list preparation as per clients’ technical demands;

3. Independently clarifying all technical requests/questions from clients;

4. Independently putting forward with competitive proposal for clients;

5. Technical/risk assessment on tendering specification from clients;

6. Technical bidding document preparation and cost quotation as per tendering documents; suppliers sourcing for competitive cost;

7. Liable for technical management, process/equipment procurement specification and, engineering design until handover since contract/order signature.

Requirements

1. 5+ year in BIW mechanical design/simulation or as planning/technical-in-charge;

2. College degree or above, mechanical engineering major or related;

3. Proficient in CAD, Office, etc.;

4. Fluent in English technical communication with overseas clients;

5. Good teamwork, CBWEE policies respected;

6. Independently work, rigorous and meticulous, good responsibility;

7. Actively addressing difficulties/questions encountered with good communication skills;

8. Accepting business trips to aboard for/at project communication and site installation stage.  

Planning Engineer (Automotive Welding)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assisting marketing person in communication with clients, collecting technical demands from clients;

2. Layout making, cycle time analysis and, equipment list preparation as per clients’ technical demands;

3. Independently clarifying all technical requests/questions from clients;

4. Independently putting forward with competitive proposal for clients;

7. Liable for technical management, process/equipment procurement specification and, engineering design until handover since contract/order signature.

Non-standardized Mechanical Designer (3C)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assisting marketing person in communication with clients, collecting technical demands from clients;

2. Layout making, cycle time analysis and, equipment list preparation as per clients’ technical demands; making presentation to clients independently;  

3. Technical/risk assessment on tendering specification from clients;

4. Technical bidding document preparation as per tendering documents;

5. Upon award notice, leading technical specification review participated by relevant departments’ members and communicating with clients until the signature of technical specification;

6. Liable for non-standardized automatic/R&D equipment design, including but not limited to structure design, drawings preparation, flow chart and, BOM for procurement, etc.;

7. Liable for new product mechanism design, following up prototype assembly, commissioning and improvement, etc.;

8. Liable for on-site commissioning instruction after site installation.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, mechanical manufacturing & automation/ mechatronics major or related;

2. 3+ year in non-standardized equipment design, preferable in 3C automation;

3. Proficient in mechnical 3D design, CAD, Office, etc.;

4. Independently fulfilling design of automatic machinery hardware system, including but not limited to proposal preparation, mechanism & parts design and, element/component selection;

5. Mastering in motors selection and application including but not limited to servomotor, stepping motor and, linear motor;

6. Mastering in electron devices selection and application including but not limited to sensor, magnetic valve and vacuum equipment;

7. Good teamwork, CBWEE policies respected;

8. Independently work, rigorous and meticulous, good responsibility;

9. Actively addressing difficulties/questions encountered with good communication skills;

10. Accepting business trips for/at project communication and site installation/commissioning stage.


Electrical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Liable for PLC and HMI template programming;

2. Liable for PLC and HMI programming;

3. Liable for VC system structuring and debugging;

4. PLC library programming and development;

5. Assisting site PLC failure addressing.

Requirements

1. 3+ year in automatic control of automatic lines;

2. Preferable with experience in automotive welding lines;

3. Proficient in relevant PLC programming;

4. Proficient in control programming of major servomotor including but not limited to SEW;

5. Proficient in application of Profinet, Ethernet/IP and, Devicene;

6. Good ability of continuous learning;

7. Good communication skill, passionate, business trip acceptable.


Mechanical Designer (Automotive Welding)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Liable for jig/gripper design to be used in automotive welding lines;

2. Preferable with experience in automotive welding jig design;

3. Proficient in BIW jig design, roller hemming modular design and, body process;

4. Proficient in 2D /3D design, Office.

Requirements

1. College degree or above, mechanical design/electromechanical major or related;

2. Proactive, good communication skill and logical thinking;

3. 5+ year in automotive welding jig design;


Electrician for Assembly

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Secondary technical school degree or above, aged 20 – 40, electromechanical/electrical major or related;

2. Ability to read circuit diagram, basic knowledge of electrician, preferable with low-voltage electrician certificate;

3. Physical health, agile thoughts, ability of question analysis/troubleshooting;

4. Good secure work capability, rigorous and meticulous, good responsibility;

5. Order/arrangement respected, work overtime/long-distance business trips acceptable. 


Fitter for Assembly

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ability to read 2D parts drawing, proficient in marking and accurate drilling;

2. Mastering in manual edge/surface trimming and measurement line marking along curved surface;

3. Ability for assembly parts preparation, squeezer/sample plate assembly and, coordinates labeling as per 2D masterplan;

4. Ability for dimension adjustment as per parts conditions on site;

5. Ability to saw, file and manually polish;

6. Order/arrangement respected, good anti-pressure ability, work overtime acceptable;

7. Good teamwork, work in a positive manner;

8. Business trips to project sites acceptable.
